At Green Lotus, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you're currently having an issue, or simply need to resolve a question regarding your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us. However, if you feel the product(s) you purchased are not the best fit for your requirements and you attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to make things right.

For a full, no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of date of purchase, please follow the below steps. We’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve.  Please reference our terms and conditions page for exact policy language.   

If you have an account, please follow the below steps to begin processing your return: 

  1. Go to your My Account page 
  2. Select the "Orders" tab on the left side of the page  
  3. You'll now be presented a list of all your orders.  Simply select the "Request Warranty" button for order you wish to to return.  You'll then be prompted to select the item(s) you wish to return.  
  4. Select the "Request Warranty" button bellow the product check-boxes.
  5. You'll then be presented our return center address where you'll need to ship all product you wish to return.  We'll need to receive product before we can process the return.     

If you didn't create an account during checkout or if you simply don't remember, no problem - just drop us a line via our contact us page with the email you used to place your order and the order number.  Once we have this info we'll send you all necessary info to begin processing your return.  

Please note, all warranty requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.  

Kindly note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But our payment processor or your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.
