How to Find the Dose of Hemp Oil That’s Right for You
It’s best to start with a low dose, gradually and incrementally increasing the dose until you achieve your desired results. Take our 125mg, Natural Tincture as an example:
125mg, 1 full dropper = 4mg of naturally occurring cannabinoids
Take 1 full dropper once a day for two weeks. If no change is noticed, increase to two full droppers per day (8mg).
